We began our Primrose Hill project as checking engineer for the building’s freeholders before taking on the detailed design at construction stage. The project involved the refurbishment of an apartment within a 19th-century former boys’ school, positioned beneath another apartment and above active commercial space.

We designed carefully detailed steelwork to remove structural walls and open up the layout, sequencing the installation with precision to protect the fabric of the building and the delicate finishes in the apartment above.
