Two new three-bedroom houses are taking shape in Queen’s Park, with our team providing the structural design. From the outset, we prepared a sustainable drainage (SuDS) strategy that was approved at planning with no comments from the Lead Local Flood Authority.

The site comes with its challenges, bordered by a Network Rail line, significant tree constraints and a tall retaining wall. This means we’ve worked closely with the client’s chosen contractor to shape the design around the build sequence and make delivery straightforward.
