Oliver has a master’s in civil and structural engineering from Newcastle University and has built up an impressive mix of experience – from offshore and onshore energy projects to defence works, listed buildings and residential schemes.

He spent several years at a construction consultancy in Norwich, working across drainage design, temporary works and complex structural solutions. This variety means he’s quick to adapt and enjoys problem-solving from different angles.

At Articulate, Oliver focuses on creating structures that are not only strong and practical, but also in harmony with the architecture around them. With an eye for both detail and design, he helps deliver results that look as good as they perform.
